Hello everyone.
Thank you for reading our blog. Thank you to those of you whom give us feedback and comment. It is very much appreciated.
After Bathurst we travelled back to Orange and through Parkes and on another 50 kilometres to the small town of Trundle for the weekend. We were at Trundle for their annual Bush Tucker Festival. Even though the weather was not great we found it interesting and we got to taste some good and not so good tucker. There was some good entertainment as well.

We are now moving south at a quite rapid rate {for us) to catch the Spirit of Tasmania so we left Trundle on the Sunday & travelled through Forbes and onto the Newell Highway and down to West Wyalong through to Narrandera where we free camped at Brewery Flat for two nights. Whilst at Narrandera we inspected some tank art & visited a World War ll Air Training Museum. We also caught up with John & Jenny Wagner for a night. John & Jenny have a mobile home & have recently sold their farm and are looking forward to more trips away. Whilst at Brewery Flat we saw a koala.
We continued on down the Newell Highway to Tocumwal for a night at a great free camp on the Murray River where we burnt the last of our firewood before making tracks through Echuca & Bendigo & onto Melbourne.

All good things must come to an end. Had no power last night for 6 hours. Certainly getting colder. Take care.
