September 7th -8th
We said goodbye to Atherton & the Atherton Tablelands & began our journey southward toward home. Our destination after a short journey was Paronella Park where we took in various tours & overnighted. The story behind Paronella Park is amazing as is the remaining structure. Go to google & look it up – it is quite inspiring.
Today we headed further south through Tully, Cardwell, Ingham, Townsville, Ayr & finally to Bowen where we are staying tonight.
