Hello everyone & welcome to our blog.
Chezza went back to Hobart & got her heart zapped and she is good now. I left Gawler in South Australia & travelled into Victoria. I camped along the Murray River before heading south to Melbourne & spending time with my daughter, Michel, as well as catching up with Trevor, my youngest son. By this time we had abandoned our plan to go to the Northern Territory.

After Cheryl flew back to Melbourne, we travelled south west of Melbourne & overnighted at a free campsite at Panmure. The next day we had the Triton & Wally serviced at Warrnambool before free camping at Wilaungra. We then continued north to Ararat & onto Bendigo & Echuca before overnighting at Deniliquin in New South Wales. Fifteen kilometres out of Deniliquin we were hit by a massive storm which forced me to pull over to the side of the road on three occasions.
We continued on to Hay & then north east to Lake Cargeligo to another bonza camp site. Then it was on to Condoblin, Parkes & Dubbo. We camped just out of Dubbo at Terramungamine Reserve and the next day continued up the Newell Highway to Gilgandra then to Coonamble, Walgett & finally to Lightning Ridge where we now staying at the Opal Caravan Park.
We thank you all for your good wishes for Cheryl’s recent hiccup & now things are back to normal & we are on the road again, blogging will resume.

Well done I was born in Gilgandra and my family live in Dubbo, we had a big property outside Gilgandra
