Hello everyone.
Thank you for reading our blog.
After a great week in Cooktown we packed up and headed down the highway to Mount Malloy where we had lunch and then travelled onto Wonga Beach via Mossman. This area is known as the Daintree and is World Heritage Listed.

We have enjoyed just “chilling out” as well as doing the tourist things. Whilst here we enjoyed the company of Damien & Susan from Cairns. I met them on the Overland Track in January when Michel & I were walking it. It was great to catch up with them & together we visited the Mossman Market & Cape Tribulation where we had a sumptuous lunch.

On our last day at Wonga Beach we went fishing. I hope you like our photos.

Tomorrow we head to Cairns.

Beautiful size fish and I am sure you enjoyed them for tea.

Hello Henry, thanks for sticking up for me. We had a memorable day with two mighty good fish. They are awesome fighters….so strong…..took forever to get in, We used 50 pound braid & leader. Poor Cheryl was absolutely knackered at the end!
