We are at Broken Hill!

Hello & welcome to our blog of our 2023 Australian mainland holiday.

We have a few overseas followers who follow our adventures, so we are including details of roads & locations as we know they follow us on Google Earth.

Follow the purple marker to Ouyen

Since we last blogged we have travelled north. We stopped in Horsham to have a tyre puncture repaired and some electrical work done on the caravan We then headed north toward Mildura but free camped near Ouyen. It was then another 112 kilometres to Mildura. Along the way we saw silo art at Brim, Roseberry and Lascelles. Mildura is located on the Victorian side of the Murray River and a population of 35,000 people. Mildura has a long history of orange and grape production.

We passed through Mildura and continued north to Broken Hill where we are staying for four nights. Broken Hill is a mining town and has some interesting topography and attractions which we checked out during our 2021 trip.

We would like to thank everyone for their positive comments and for reading our blog.
